To provide a long term repeatability and accuracy, CDE has developed an unique and sophisticated yet fast measurement process. After sampling data thousands of time at each measurement site, a proprietary statistical algorithm is applied, virtually eliminating noise, non linearities and sensitivity to zero. a single value is then produced within 1mΩ/☐ to 10MΩ/☐ with an accuracy better than 0.5% and a static repeatability better than 0.02%
